This piece is a beautiful antique metal and wood dome top trunk. The lock hasp is intact but does not close completely, and there is no key. The trunk handles are complete.
The inside is partially refurbished to make it usable for storage as well as a display piece. The outside has been cleaned and given a light wax buffing, which brings out the detail of the aged metal as well as the beautiful wood straps. Also wheels on the bottom.
The inside paper lining is torn in some places, needs to be replaced. There is no smell noted.
This trunk will add a classic old-world charm wherever you choose to display it and makes a great conversation piece.
